1. Products & Services

We offer the following types of products and services:

• Custom Products: Items made to order based on your specifications, photos, or designs (e.g., pet sculptures, personalized engravings)
• Standard Products: Pre-made items available for immediate purchase
• Services: Professional services such as electroplating, finishing, or prototyping

Different policies apply to each category as outlined below.

Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Here's how the process works:

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• You contact us to initiate the return before shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Services (B2B & Custom Work)

For professional services such as electroplating, finishing, or prototyping:

• A quote will be provided before work begins
• Work begins only after quote acceptance and any required deposit
• We are not liable for defects in customer-supplied materials or items
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload
• Rush services may be available for an additional fee

For B2B clients, custom agreements may supersede these general terms.

• Full payment is required at time of order unless otherwise agreed
• Service work may require a deposit before commencement
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed securely through our payment providers

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damage and packaging
• We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

If we make a significant error (wrong specifications, wrong item, defective workmanship), we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

9. Shipping

• Tracking is provided for all shipments
• We are not responsible for carrier delays
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error

10. Intellectual Property

• Materials you submit must be yours or you must have rights to use them
• We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and marketing
• If you prefer your project not be shared publicly, let us know
• B2B clients: confidentiality agreements available upon request

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price or service fee paid. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or claims based on sentimental value.
